Dental Implants

Permanent Solutions for Missing Teeth

Placed and Restored In-House

Dr. Lewis handles the entire implant process — extraction, guided placement, bone grafting, and final restoration — all under one roof. That means better coordination and a doctor who knows your case inside and out.

Implants done right take time. There are no shortcuts worth taking when it comes to something you’ll live with for decades. We work with master ceramists and trusted labs to create restorations that look and feel like real teeth — not rushed, cookie-cutter results.

Every treatment plan is personalized. We discuss budget, maintenance, timeline, and long-term goals before anything begins.

Implant Solutions

Single tooth implant

Single Tooth Replacement

Missing one tooth? A single implant with a custom crown is the gold standard for replacement. It looks and functions like a natural tooth, and it protects the surrounding bone from deteriorating.

Dr. Lewis uses 3D imaging and guided placement for precision that makes a measurable difference in outcomes.

Multiple Teeth

When several teeth are missing or failing, implants can support bridges or individual crowns without affecting healthy neighboring teeth. Dr. Lewis develops a phased approach that works with your timeline and budget.

Full arch dental implant reconstruction

Full-Arch Reconstruction

For patients who are missing most or all of their teeth, full-arch reconstruction uses four to six implants to support a complete set of teeth. This is not a same-day smile; it’s a carefully staged process designed for lasting results.

The first phase is a full-day procedure with sedation by an anesthesiologist: extractions, guided implant placement, and a transitional prosthesis so you leave with functional teeth. Then we let your body heal. Approximately six months later, once the implants have fully integrated with your bone, you receive your final restoration: a natural-looking, screw-retained set of teeth with no plastic palate, crafted by a master ceramist.

Advanced Technology for Better Results

Every implant case begins with a CBCT 3D scan that maps your bone structure in detail. Combined with digital scanning and 3D printing, Dr. Lewis creates a surgical guide that ensures each implant is placed with precision, not guesswork. The goal is always a result that looks natural and lasts for years.
